- Service Provider – Apexpulsepl Sp. z o.o.
- Services – services provided electronically by the Service Provider
3. Type and scope of services
The Website provides information services regarding available social benefits, European funds, and support programs for Polish citizens. Services include:
- Free verification of benefit entitlements
- Consulting on obtaining funds
- Assistance in filling out applications
- Newsletter with information about new programs
4. User obligations
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, good customs, and these Terms and Conditions. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means. All disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the seat of the Service Provider.
